Lavender House can host up to 14 guests across 3 floors, each boasting beautiful views of the countryside and beyond.
With 6 bedrooms and 4 ensuite bathrooms and 1 family bathroom it’s the perfect getaway whether you are staying here for a wedding or taking a break from it all.

Bramble Cottage

The Bramble cottage sleeps 6 people, with 2 bedrooms both with superking beds and a single bed in each room.  It has it’s own hot tub.
There is a cosy wood burner in the living room next door to a fully equipt kitchen.
The perfect break away or a great addition to your wedding accommodation for your guests.

Owl Cottage

Our newest additions to our Courtyard the Bramble and Owl Cottages have been newly refurbished to a high standard with luxury interiors and private undercover hot tubs in each.

Coach House

One of our newest Courtyard properties The Coach House is a luxurious way for guests to spend their time with us. There is a large hot tub on the exterior of the house along with a super spec kitchen, chandeliers, 2 wood burners and much more.

Arch Cottage

Sitting right next to the Coach House this brand new Courtyard property has everything you need to relax and wind down including a sociable full spec kitchen, a wood burner and luxury interiors. Also full use of the Hidden River Grounds including fishing on the river.

Blacksmith’s Cottage

Places to stay Carlisle – Set in a 230 year old courtyard Blacksmith’s Cottage is a newly renovated cottages which sits at the top of the Hidden River Site near to the Hidden River House.  We are located just off Junction 44 of the M6 and the cottage can sleep from 1-4 people.  It is furnished to a high standard.  Breakfast in our restaurant.

Farriers Cottage

Places to stay Carlisle –

Set in a 230 year old courtyard the Farrier’s Cottage is a newly renovated cottage which sits at the top of the Hidden River Site close to the Hidden River House.

The cottage can sleep up to 4 people.

The cottage is furnished to a very high standard similar to the Hidden River House with modern luxurious Facilities.
