Designed for comfort, style, and flexibility, our six beautifully appointed Courtyard En-Suite Rooms provide the perfect setting for couples, families, and groups staying together.

Located within the heart of the courtyard, these contemporary rooms allow friends and family to enjoy being close to one another while still enjoying the privacy of their own luxurious space.

Our three first-floor rooms – Blencathra, Skiddaw, and Helvellyn – are ready to welcome guests today, while our three ground-floor rooms – Catbells, Caldbeck, and Latrigg – can be reserved now for stays from January 2027, when they will be completed and open to guests.

Unlike our self-catered accommodation, the Courtyard En Suite Rooms are hotel-style rooms, offering a beautifully furnished bedroom with a private en- suite bathroom. They do not include kitchen or cooking facilities, making them the perfect choice for guests looking for a simple, comfortable stay without the need for self-catering. Whether you’re staying for a wedding, a weekend escape, or visiting friends and family, everything you need for a relaxing overnight stay is provided.

These rooms are a fantastic addition to our accommodation offering, giving guests greater flexibility and choice. They are particularly suited to those who prefer not to share bathroom or kitchen facilities or simply don’t require the extra space of a self-catering property.

They also perfectly complement our wedding venue, offering stylish accommodation just moments from the celebrations. After a restful night’s sleep, guests can enjoy a pleasant three-quarter mile walk to our restaurant for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, making the most of everything our destination has to offer.

 

Three of our upper-floor rooms feature a sumptuous super king-size bed and offer the option of adding a unique mezzanine single bed for an additional £40 per night. Accessed via a ladder, the mezzanine is ideal for an older child or an additional guest, making these rooms a versatile choice for small families or friends travelling together.
